Connections

Connect your shared workspace

Use Mellow Cloud for the workspace resources your account can access.

Your space → Connections → Mellow Cloud

Before you begin

A configured Cloud workspace deployment, account access and any required published agents.

01

Add your workspace

Open Mellow Cloud, add the workspace address and start sign-in from the app. Complete the browser flow and return to Mellow.

02

Confirm the connection

Check the account and workspace shown in the app. A connected MCP service and a published-agent list describe different things.

03

Choose a published agent

Load the agents available to your account. Submit the task and the context you intend to share, then follow its tracked status.

Controls & reference

Control or conceptHow to use it
Workspace addressThe deployment you intend to access.
Browser sign-inReturns account/workspace authorization to the desktop app.
Discovered toolsCapabilities exposed by the connected MCP service.
Published agentsAgents the workspace makes available to your account.
Tracked tasksSubmitted work and retrieved results associated with the connection.

Try it with a small task

Load the agent list and choose a published test agent. Send a short, non-sensitive task and verify a final result before depending on cloud execution.

If it does not work

  • HTTP 409: inspect the workspace/session error; a generic retry is not proof the conflict is resolved.
  • No agents: check publication and account permissions with the workspace administrator.
  • Redirect mismatch: restart sign-in from the app; persistent mismatches require deployment configuration repair.

Good to know

  • An empty agent list can mean no agents are published or accessible to this account.
  • A redirect mismatch is a sign-in configuration problem; start a fresh app sign-in and have the deployment configuration checked if it persists.
  • Cloud workspace access, model-provider access and ownership of a paired Mac are separate.
